Longing for a Long Vacation

As the year-end travel fever approaches in such economic good times, I'm beginning to yearn for a long vacation overseas! However, taking into consideration me and beh's joint disposable income, I'm afraid our resourses can't take us too far, probably only enough for a short trip to our friendly neighbour, Malaysia, Truly Asia. An island resort will be an ideal destination but the most beautiful islands of Msia are not accessible at year-end due to the monsoon season. But the cities ain't where I wanna go! I wouldn't wanna settle for less when I have a wishlist of vacation destinations! so here goes, in order of preference:

1) Trip to all Japanese Prefecture, urban and rural
2) Shopping trip to Taiwan
3) Shopping trip to Bangkok
4) Photog trip to Europe!!!
5) Downtown East Chalet (this is really the LAST resort!!!)
